1.12 First, you need to make dried mushrooms. I used mushroom fragments. After draining them, I baked them in the oven at 50 degrees for about three hours to dry them. If you don’t have chopped mushrooms, it is recommended to use dried shiitake mushrooms, cut into cubes

2.21 Heat the oil to 60% and add the peppercorns. After about two seconds, immediately scoop out the peppercorns with a strainer and set aside.

3.1 When the green onion turns yellow, add bacon and fermented soybeans

4.2 Then add chopped green onion into the pan and sauté until fragrant

5. When the bacon starts to dry, add the dried mushroom pieces.

6. After stirring evenly, turn to medium heat

7. Add chili oil until the bacon turns brown and stir well.

8. Add two tablespoons of soy sauce, stir evenly, turn to low heat, and keep stirring until no black liquid is visible

9. After the soy sauce is dried, turn off the heat and crush the fried peppercorns in step 2 into pepper powder.

10. Pour into the pot, stir evenly, put it in a sealed container after it cools down, and store it in the refrigerator
