3.2 If you have an oven with fermentation function at home, set the temperature to between 25-30 degrees and ferment for 40-50 minutes. Do not over-ferment it.

6. You can make animals according to your imagination, such as piggy, and use chopsticks to poke two holes in the nose.

7. Put the finished product in a steamer with cold water and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Steam it for 15 minutes after the water boils, and simmer it for 5 minutes after turning off the heat.
