Children who often eat chicken, duck, fish and meat are prone to indigestion, because greasy and nutritious foods are difficult to digest, and children's gastrointestinal function is relatively weak, and they cannot digest such foods for a long time. If children have indigestion, parents should give them some light dishes. So what are the foods that aid digestion?

1. Corn and Chinese yam porridge

Raw materials: yam, corn, and white sugar. Method: Wash the corn and cook it into porridge. Peel the yam, wash it and cut it into small pieces. After the porridge boils, add the yam cubes and cook over low heat until the yam is soft. Add sugar and seasoning and bring to a boil. Often cooking this porridge for children can effectively prevent indigestion.

2. Chinese yam, purple sweet potato and osmanthus cake

Food: Chinese yam, purple sweet potato, osmanthus sugar, and milk. Method: Wash, peel and cut the purple sweet potatoes and yam, then cook them in a pot. Mash the cooked purple sweet potato and yam separately, add milk and mix. Then use molds to make the purple sweet potato puree and yam puree into various shapes of cakes, pour osmanthus sugar on them and you can eat them. Purple sweet potatoes and yam are very beneficial to children's stomachs. They can not only improve children's digestion and absorption ability, but also improve constipation.

3. Radish and orange peel soup

Seasoning: radish, raw hawthorn fruit, dried orange peel, and old rock sugar. Method: Wash, peel and cut the radish. Soak the orange peel until soft and cut into strips. Wash raw hawthorn berries. Put all the ingredients into a pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 20 minutes. This recipe has the effect of promoting digestion, increasing appetite, and moistening the intestines and promoting bowel movements.

4. Chicken gizzard millet soup

Food: millet, chicken gizzard lining, and oyster mushroom. Method: Soak the oyster mushrooms in cold water and chop them into pieces. Wash the millet and chicken gizzard lining, add appropriate amount of cold water to the pot, and cook the porridge over low heat. Add the oyster mushrooms when they are half-cooked, and eat after cooking. Chicken gizzard lining is very suitable for treating digestive diseases.

When parents find that their children have indigestion, they should adjust their diet in time and not feed their children too much food. They can prepare some porridge, lotus root powder, noodles and other digestible foods for their children. Don't let your children eat greasy or fried foods. Birthday cakes, fresh cream, and glutinous rice products are difficult to digest and should not be given to children.
