How to make leek, mushroom and pork dumplings

1. Ingredients for making dumplings: high-gluten flour, leeks, dried mushrooms (soaked), a piece of peeled fresh pork

12. Use a rice spoon to gently flip the dumplings from the bottom to prevent them from sticking to the bottom of the pot

13. When the dumplings float up, add cold water three times and boil them. Then the dumplings are cooked.

14. When dumplings are cooked, take them out. Put it on the plate
