How to make hawthorn applesauce

1. Wash the hawthorn and apples.

2. Remove the core and stem of the hawthorn, peel the apple and cut it into small pieces and put them into the electric pressure cooker (you can use a pen cap, but I didn't find one, so I used a knife and chopsticks, which took more than an hour to do). The apples that were put in at the end were not photographed.

3. Pour too much water into the electric pressure cooker so as not to cover the hawthorns, add rock sugar, and select the porridge cooking program (because the hawthorns will float up, and the amount of water was not controlled well, so the electric cooker was used on high heat to reduce the juice and rock sugar was added again. If you don’t like sour food, be sure to add more rock sugar). It’s clean and hygienic when you make it yourself and it tastes great!
