How to cook vermicelli with pickled cabbage

Simple and easy to learn dishes are the motivation for modern people to cook. The dish of sauerkraut and vermicelli not only satisfies the popular taste, but also meets the time requirements and there is no need to wait for a long time. Paired with fragrant white rice and a bowl of soup, this is how you truly enjoy life.

1. Prepare the ingredients shown in the picture. Soak the sweet potato flour in water in advance and wash it clean. Wash the sauerkraut, green vegetables, coriander, ginger, and cooked peanuts.

2. Cut the sauerkraut into thick strips, cut the ginger into dices, and cut the coriander into inch-long pieces.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, sauerkraut, bean paste, and chili powder (on low heat) and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add water (or broth) and bring to a boil, then add pepper powder, Sichuan pepper powder and a little salt.

5. Add sweet potato flour and vegetables and cook until done (about 2 minutes).

6. Add chicken essence and vinegar to season.

7. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with peanuts and coriander.

8. Mix well and serve.
