How to make pickled cabbage and broad beans

When making the dish of sauerkraut and broad beans, you need to prepare the necessary ingredients and make sure that there are enough seasonings. 1. When preparing onions, ginger and garlic, put the purchased broad beans into salt water and cook them. Because broad beans are not easy to absorb salt, it is best to cook them for a longer time.

2. Prepare the pickled chili peppers, ginger, garlic and green onions, separate the white and green onions, and cut the white onions into sections.

3. Cut the kimchi into strips and then into large pieces.

4. Pour a little more oil into the hot pan than usual for cooking (kimchi absorbs the oil). When the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic and pickled chili peppers and stir-fry for 5-8 seconds.

5. Add kimchi for 15 seconds and then add scallion.
