5. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 20 minutes.

6. Roll the dough into a long tongue shape, turn it over and place it sideways, wrap the red bean filling in it, and roll the edges thinly to make it easier to stick together and prevent it from bursting during baking.

12. After 8 minutes, the cocoa red bean bread is out of the oven. You can sift some powdered sugar for decoration.
