How to make Japanese condensed milk bagels

How to make Japanese condensed milk bagels

Busy work makes many people lose interest in cooking for themselves, and they just eat out every day to fill their stomachs. However, the result of doing so is that their health is in a sub-healthy state and they become more prone to illness. Japanese condensed milk bagels are easy to make and can help improve the body's resistance and better maintain health.

1. Knead all the ingredients except butter until the dough is smooth. After kneading the dough for a quarter of an hour, add the butter and knead until it expands! (I use a bread machine to knead the dough)

2. Pick up a small piece and gently pull out a thin film. Then it is done! Leave to warm and rise! (I kneaded it three times in total)

3. When the dough is fermented to 2.5 times its original size, it is ready!

4. Use a spatula to drag the dough out from the bottom, do not pull it, knead it evenly to release the air, cover it with plastic wrap and relax it for 15 minutes!

5. Roll the relaxed dough into rectangular pieces!

6. Cut the rectangle into four long strips!

7. Melt the butter and condensed milk in hot water!

8. Spread the melted butter and condensed milk on the bread strips, stack four long strips together and cut into equal-sized portions!

9. Put it into the hollow mold! I used an eight-inch loose-bottom mold, and found a high-temperature resistant bottle wrapped in tin foil in the middle. I put it in the oven at 30 degrees for a secondary fermentation for 40 minutes. I put a bowl of boiling water in the oven to increase the humidity and ferment it until it is twice as large!

10. The bread dough has been fermented for the second time!

11. Apply condensed milk on the fermented surface! Preheat the oven in advance and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes!

12. After baking, let it cool and remove from the mold!

13. It has a unique flavor when you eat it with your hands!

14. Finished product picture!

Eating too much outside can also affect your health. Many greasy foods can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, so learn to make Japanese condensed milk bagels at home. Practice makes perfect. I believe you will be able to learn it quickly. I would like to remind you that if you like chili, you can add fresh rice chili when stir-frying.
