Whole wheat sesame bread recipe

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Put the liquid in the bottom of the bread bucket, put the high flour, whole wheat flour, and milk powder on top, put the salt and caster sugar diagonally, and put the instant yeast in the middle. Start the bread machine and knead the dough.

3. The dough forms a film and ferments in a greenhouse.

9. Put it in the oven to ferment.

10. Brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 160°C and bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes.
