How to make 8-inch raisin honey cake

People who often go on business trips have no time to cook and can only eat out for dinner. Many people living in cities do not have time to cook. A simple and easy-to-make dish is the first choice for workers. The 8-inch raisin honey cake is simple and easy to make. Just add soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and other seasonings before serving.

1. Take a family photo

2. Sprinkle low-gluten flour corn starch three times

3. Separate the egg yolk and egg white, and beat the egg white first.

4. Beat the egg whites at high speed until they become coarse bubbles, about 1 minute

5. Add fine sugar and beat at high speed until grooves appear, about 1.5 minutes

6. Once the hill corner appears, it's done.

7. Start making the egg yolk. Use a whisk to mix the corn oil, milk and honey evenly at low speed for about 8 seconds.

8. Add egg yolk and powdered sugar and continue to stir evenly at low speed for 8 seconds

9. Stir evenly the egg yolk paste

10. Add the low-gluten flour, corn starch and milk powder that have been sprinkled three times and stir evenly at low speed for 8 seconds. Add the flour three times to avoid precipitation.

11. The egg yolk paste is ready

12. Mix the egg yolk paste with the beaten egg white. Take one-third of the egg white and mix it with the egg yolk paste. Use a spatula to stir evenly. Pay attention to the technique.

13. Pour 12 into 13 again and mix, also using a spatula to stir evenly.

14. Pour the cake batter into the mold, shake it a few times, and use a toothpick to make a Z-shaped pattern to eliminate bubbles. At this time, spread the raisins in the mold and mix them evenly with a bamboo stick to prevent the raisins from sinking to the bottom.

15. Preheat the oven to 150° for 10 minutes

16. The oven temperature is already at 150° and the cake mold is put into the oven. My thermometer shows 150° and I finally set the oven to 150° for 40 minutes.

17. This is what it looks like after 30 minutes of baking. The cake has expanded to its highest state. After a few minutes, it starts to fall back a little, and the cake is done.

18. When the time is up, take the mold out of the oven, shake it a few times, and then turn it upside down on the grid to cool for 2 hours.

19. Isn’t it cute that it is perfectly demoulded after cooling?

20. The cake is soft and fluffy, with a strong honey flavor.

The recipe of 8-inch raisin honey cake can be made according to your own taste. You can add seasonings before the food is out of the pot to cook food of your own taste, satisfy your family's taste and taste the delicious food.
