How to make bread machine mozzarella cheese buns (pork floss buns)

Bread machine mozzarella cheese buns (meat floss buns) are a very lifelike home-cooked dish. You don't need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool.

1. Heat the milk until it is slightly higher than body temperature, add eggs, sugar, salt and aspartame, and stir well. (If you don't want to use aspartame, you can use regular sugar instead. In that case, you need to use 30 grams of sugar in total. After you have made it once, you can adjust the sweetness according to your preference next time.)

2. Pour the liquid into the bread machine, then add the flour and put the yeast on top.

3. Start the dough kneading process and stir it into a dough. Then add the melted butter in water. The dough will need to be kneaded for at least 30 minutes in total, until it can be expanded into a facial mask.

4. After kneading the dough, pour it out, roll it into a ball and put it back into the bread machine. Let it ferment for about 40 minutes until the dough becomes 2-2.5 times larger.

5. Pour it out and use a rolling pin to release the air, then cut it into 8 portions.

6. Let each dough stand for 10 minutes after rolling into a ball.

7. Roll the small dough into a cylinder, and then roll it into a thin slice. Make sure it is rolled thin because it will expand to twice its thickness during the second fermentation.

8. Prepare two kinds of ingredients, one is meat floss and the other is mozzarella cheese.

9. When putting the cheese, leave some space at the end for sticking the bread roll.

10. After rolling, place it on the baking tray. You may want to brush some oil on the baking tray so that the bottom of the bread will be more fragrant. Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for the second time. It will expand to about twice its original size in about 30-40 minutes.

11. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with full heat on for 3 minutes, then put the baking tray into the oven for about 15 minutes until the surface is golden brown. If you like a more burnt surface, adjust the time according to the conditions of your oven.

12. The rolled cheese melted into the bread.

13. When you tear the bread, the cheese will stretch into strings.
