1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white and put them in an oil-free and water-free bowl.

2. When the egg whites are beaten with an electric whisk until foamy, add the granulated sugar for the first time.

3. Continue beating the egg whites until the bubbles become smaller, then add the white sugar for the second time.

4. Continue beating the egg whites until almost no bubbles are visible, then add the granulated sugar for the third time.

5. Continue beating the egg whites until you can see an upright triangle when you lift the whisk.

6. Melt the butter over water.

7. Add the melted butter to the egg yolk, then pour in an appropriate amount of pure milk and stir evenly.

8. Sift the low-gluten flour and add it into the egg yolk and butter mixture.

9. Add the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk paste in three batches and mix well. The cake batter is ready.

10. Use a piping bag to fill the cake batter and squeeze it into a paper cup specially made for cakes. Then place it on the table and shake it a few times to remove the bubbles.

11. Sprinkle some raisins on the surface, or add other dried fruits according to your taste.

12. Preheat the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

13. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a little. You can eat it when it is not too hot.
