1. Separate the egg white and yolk

9. Put them into small piping bags respectively.

10. Make a small opening in the piping bag and draw small flowers on the greaseproof paper on the baking tray.

11. Put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 25 minutes. Bake for 1 and a half minutes and then remove.

12. Pour in all the egg batter and bake for the remaining 20 minutes.

15. Place baking paper on the baking tray and turn the cake upside down.
