How to make roll cake in rice cooker

Many new wives are very troubled by cooking skills. Making roll cake in a rice cooker is a dish suitable for novices to learn. It doesn’t require a very complicated method, just a simple stir-fry will do. This dish tastes good whether you eat it with dry rice or porridge. A bowl of soup after the meal will make it taste even better.

1. First, separate the egg yolks and egg whites! Beat the egg whites first so you don’t have to wash the whisk. Add two spoons of sugar to the egg whites, a little bit of salt for seasoning, and 1-2 drops of white vinegar or lemon juice! Now you can start beating the egg whites! Beat the egg whites until they have texture, just like butter, and they won't fall off when you turn them upside down!

2. Then beat the egg yolks, add two spoons of sugar, add more if you like sweet, stir gently evenly, then add four spoons of flour, stir gently evenly and it's done!

3. Add the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk paste twice and mix well! Note that you cannot use an electric whisk, and you cannot beat it clockwise. You have to beat it in a Z-shaped motion to avoid bubbles!

4. After stirring, you can start cooking in the rice cooker! Brush the center of the pot with oil and use a large spoon to adjust the amount. I use one spoon, which is just right, not too thick or too thin. Spread it flat and add raisins, then you can bake it! Just press the cooking mode on the rice cooker!

5. After it comes out of the oven, add condensed milk or cream salad dressing, roll up the cake, wrap it with plastic wrap to set it, put it in the refrigerator, and cut it into pieces the next day!

6. Place another plate

The food in restaurants outside is likely to contain MSG, which is not healthy. It is simple to make roll cakes in a rice cooker. Only by making it yourself can you truly enjoy the delicious taste while being healthy.
