4. Use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangle (the width should not exceed the mold), roll it up from top to bottom, and pinch the opening to close.

5. Put it in the oven and add a bowl of boiling water, and let it ferment until it is 70% to 80% full. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes. (The temperature of my oven is relatively low. If you like a darker color, extend the baking time according to your own oven.) After baking, remove from the mold and cool immediately.
