1. Sesame and black bean loach soup

Recipe: 250 grams of loach, 30 grams each of black sesame and black beans, and appropriate amounts of wolfberry, chicken essence and salt.

Preparation and usage: Wash black beans and black sesame seeds and set aside; put loach in a pot of cold water, cover it, heat it until it scalds, then take it out, wash it, drain the water, fry it in a pan until it turns yellow, scoop it up and set aside. Put all the ingredients into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the black beans are cooked, then add salt and chicken lees for seasoning.

2. Ginseng, Astragalus and Loach Soup

Recipe: 250 grams of loach, 30 grams each of astragalus, codonopsis, and yam, 5 red dates, 3 slices of ginger, and appropriate amount of salt.

Preparation and usage: Feed the loach with light salt water for 1-2 days. Use a little salt to remove the mucus from the fed loaches, then blanch them in boiling water and set aside. Heat the oil in a pan, add ginger slices, sauté until fragrant, then add loach and fry until golden brown, then scoop out and set aside. Then wash the astragalus, codonopsis, red dates and yam, put them into the clay pot together with the loach, add appropriate amount of water, simmer on low heat for 2 hours, and finally season with salt before eating.

Efficacy: Astragalus has the effect of calming the central nervous system, improving immunity and accelerating metabolism.

3. Loach and yam soup

Ingredients: 5 loaches, 100 grams of yam, 250 grams of tofu, and appropriate amount of ginger.

Seasoning: appropriate amounts of cooking wine, salt and MSG.

practice:

a. Kill the loach, remove the internal organs, wash it and drain the water.

b. Wash and shred the yam and cut the tofu into small pieces.

c. Put the loach into the hot oil pan and fry until it turns slightly yellow. Add ginger and cooking wine and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

d. Blanch the yam in boiling water, put it into the fish pot together with the tofu, add enough water, cook for 30 minutes, add MSG and salt to taste, stir well and remove from the pot.
