How to make pomegranate mousse

Take time to make a delicious and nutritious home-cooked meal for your family. It is a happy thing to watch your family happily eating what you cooked. The dishes do not need to be too complicated. The method of pomegranate mousse is not complicated, which can bring convenience to those female friends who are busy with work and take care of their families.

1. Pour a little whipped cream into a bowl and stir quickly with chopsticks. I didn't whip the cream because it was just a little bit and the electric whisk couldn't beat it, and beating it by hand was tiring. Just stir quickly for a while. (It’s just laziness!!!)

2. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until they become like this, then heat them in water until they melt into liquid.

3. Arrange the mold and place the pomegranate underneath.

4. Add the melted gelatin into the egg cream and stir well. It becomes a mousse liquid.

5. Pour the mousse liquid into the mold. This, the amount is not controlled well, I am not satisfied. Haha~ Then put it in the refrigerator overnight!

6. Take it out of the refrigerator at breakfast time the next day. Use a hair dryer to blow hot air around the mold to demould it.

7. Decorate with roses!

8. Let’s have breakfast together!

Although cooking at home takes a little time, it is healthier and worth it. Pomegranate mousse is easy to make and does not take much time.
