How to make pork floss ham sushi

We don’t have to eat all kinds of delicacies to get the nutrients our body needs in our daily life. There are some ingredients that can be used to make delicious and nutritious dishes. For example, pork floss and ham sushi is not difficult to make, and it suits the taste of the general public and is a very good choice.

1. Add rice and water and cook until the rice is cooked (do not add too much water, as the rice will be too sticky and difficult to handle).

2. Add a little white vinegar, sesame oil, and appropriate amounts of sugar and salt to the rice.

3. Add roasted black and white sesame seeds and homemade minced meat, and mix all the ingredients with the rice.

4. Cover the rolled bamboo mat with a plastic bag and place it on the chopping board.

5. Place a piece of sushi seaweed on the bamboo curtain

6. Spread the mixed rice on top and press it down with a rice spoon (leave 3 cm of space on the top of the seaweed and dip it in a little boiling water to make it easier to close the edges. Leave 1 cm of space on the other three sides to prevent the rice from slipping out)

7. Add cucumber and ham.

8. Use both hands to pull up the two corners of one side of the bamboo curtain and drag it forward, pressing it down as you roll it up.

9. Roll into sushi roll.

10. Take out the plastic bag covered with the rolled bamboo mat and place it on the chopping board, then cut the sushi into pieces with a small hole knife.

11. Serve on a plate. Dip it in dark sweet vinegar when eating, it is super delicious.
