How to make vegetable sushi

Nowadays, many people are in sub-healthy condition. In addition to an unhealthy lifestyle, unreasonable diet is also a very important aspect. Vegetable sushi is easy to make, and those who do not want to damage their health due to improper diet can make it at home.

1. Wash the vegetables first and set aside

2. Cut cucumber, carrot and ham into strips, fry the eggs in a frying pan and cut into strips, tear the lettuce into small pieces for later use

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, sesame oil and black sesame to the cooked rice and mix well for later use

4. Spread the rice evenly on the seaweed sheet and press it firmly.

5. Place the vegetables at the bottom, pour ketchup on them, and make sure the sushi rolls are firm (I forgot to take a photo of the finished rolls)

6. Cut into small pieces, and a plate of delicious and nutritious vegetable sushi is ready.
