How to make cabbage omelet

The kitchen is a place for making delicious food, but in modern people's homes, the kitchen has almost become a decoration. The cabbage omelet is a simple dish, economical and healthy, which can easily solve your concerns.

1. Wash the cabbage and set aside.

2. Chop the cabbage and green onions and marinate them with salt for a while to soften the cabbage leaves.

3. Put the flour into a bowl.

4. Beat two eggs into the flour.

5. Mix the eggs and flour until they become egg batter.

6. Add cabbage, green onion and thirteen spices and mix well. If the batter is a little thick, you can add some water until the batter doesn't easily stick to the chopsticks.

7. Stir the batter evenly.

8. Turn on the fire, heat the frying pan, add oil, pour in the batter when the oil is 70% hot, turn to low heat, shake the pan back and forth with your hands to let the egg batter cover the entire pan, and the pancake will be round.

9. After the pancake is solidified, turn it over and fry. Fry until both sides are golden brown.

10. Fried cabbage omelet.

11. Cut and arrange on a plate.
