How to make whole wheat crispy biscuits

1. Mix the ordinary flour and whole wheat flour and pour them into a bowl

2. Dissolve the yeast in warm water at about 35 degrees

4. Knead the dough with your hands, put it in a warm place, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment.

5. The dough becomes larger and honeycomb-shaped inside, and the fermentation is complete.

6. Expel air from the fermented dough and let it rise for 20 minutes

7. At this time, prepare the oil, pepper powder, five-spice powder, salt, and dry flour, and put them all in a bowl.

8. Heat the oil in a pan, pour into the bowl in the previous step, and mix well.

9. Take a piece of the fermented flour and roll it into a thin skin

12. Cut off a few small pieces with a knife

13. Pinch the two ends tightly, roll into a round shape, and knead it into a pancake.

14. Apply a layer of light salt water on the surface

15. Then stick sesame seeds on it and put it in the electric baking pan.

16. After finishing the above steps, place it in the electric baking pan and bake for 2 minutes on both sides.

17. Then change the oven, preheat to 170 degrees, middle layer for 10 minutes

18. Take out the baked goods and let them cool
