Recipe: 60g black sugar syrup, 200ml milk, 1 bag of black tea, 50g pearl powder balls.

Brown sugar pearl milk tea method:

1. You can choose ready-made tapioca pearls, or make them yourself with tapioca flour.

2. After the water boils, put the tapioca pearls into the boiling water and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.

3. After cooking to the state shown in the picture, turn off the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Take out one and taste whether it is cooked through, then filter the tapioca pearls with clean water and set aside.

4. Boil the black sugar syrup over low heat, pour the filtered tapioca pearls into it and soak them in the flavor.

5. Wait for the pearls to absorb the flavor, put the tea bag into the milk, and use cold brew to get tea-flavored milk. You can choose your favorite tea bag flavor here. The longer the soaking time, the stronger the tea flavor.

6. Pour in the soaked tapioca pearls. The sweetness can be adjusted by adding black sugar syrup. A cup of brown sugar pearl milk tea is ready.
