How to make clam and scallion oil noodles

In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and they’re ready to go. The recipe for clam and scallion oil noodles is that simple.

1. Prepare the main ingredients! Pour the clams into a pot of boiling water for about a minute. When the clams open, you can pick them up and shell them. Then use oil and starch to wash them clean. This method is called oil washing, which can wash the sand more cleanly.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring it to a boil, then add the noodles and cook!

3. Heat up another pot with a proper amount of oil, then add the cleaned clam meat and stir-fry for a while!

4. Add the chopped onions and stir-fry until fragrant!

5. Remove the clam meat from the shell to prevent it from being too cooked!

6. Pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce into the remaining scallion oil and bring to a boil and serve!

7. Everything is ready and start mixing the noodles!

8. Pour the scallion oil into the noodles and mix well! Add the clams and mix well.

9. Then you can serve it on a plate and enjoy!
