How to make low-sugar ten-grain rice steamed bread in a bread machine

7. Knead each small dough 8 or 9 times, roll it into a ball, place it in the steamer, cover it with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 30 minutes.

9. The water in the steamer must be boiled first, then put the steamer in. Set the fire to level 7 and timer for 15 minutes (the maximum fire is level 9).
