How to make baby rice balls

Cooking seems complicated, but in fact, once you learn it, everything will become very simple. What's more, many dishes are simple in themselves. 1. Soak the glutinous rice the night before making rice balls. Then after soaking overnight, steam the glutinous rice and rice in a 1:1 ratio the next day. When steaming rice, use slightly more water than usual

2. While steaming the rice, cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Then blanch it in cold water. Turn off the fire and wash the mushrooms with cold water

3. Dice the carrots. Set aside

4. Chop the meat into small pieces, then mix with light soy sauce and starch and marinate for five minutes. (Because it is for babies, use less soy sauce)

5. After marinating the meat, heat oil in a pan (a small amount of oil), then stir-fry the minced meat until fragrant, then add diced mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry together. Add the right amount of salt! Stir-fry until cooked, add a drop of sesame oil and mix well

6. After the rice is cooked and cooled, (be sure to wear gloves) take an appropriate amount of rice and flatten it in your hands (depending on how much you can eat in one bite)

7. Put the vegetables into the rice and roll up the rice around the vegetables. Roll into a ball! Finally, roll it with nori.
