How to make coconut cranberry bread

Many working people don’t like to cook for themselves, firstly because they don’t have the time, and secondly because they are too lazy to cook. Coconut cranberry bread is a simple and easy dish to learn. It is a must-have for office workers. It is a nutritious and delicious dish. If you are tired of eating in restaurants, you might as well cook it yourself and enjoy the delicious food.

1. Put milk, eggs, sugar, salt, high-gluten flour and baking powder into the bread machine in order (put sugar and salt diagonally, beat the eggs but don't put all in, leave a little for brushing the surface) and start the kneading function!

2. After kneading for about twenty minutes, add the softened butter at room temperature and continue kneading. Keep the lid open while kneading!

3. Knead for about 45-60 minutes until you can pull out a large film.

4. Cover and allow basic fermentation to take about 1-2 hours!

5. When it ferments to 2.5 times its size, and it does not shrink when you press it with your hand, fermentation is complete!

6. Start the bread machine and knead it a few times, which is equivalent to letting the air out of the dough. After kneading and exhausting the air, divide it into five equal portions, cover with plastic wrap and relax for fifteen minutes!

7. First take a portion of dough, roll it into a rectangular piece, and spread blueberry jam on it!

8. Sprinkle with coconut and cranberries!

9. Roll the second dough into a long piece and place it on the first piece. Repeat this process. Spread blueberry jam on it, sprinkle with coconut flakes, and overlap the cranberries!

10. Once everything is done, cut into 5-6 portions!

11. Place the bread box or other long mold with the cross section facing up!

12. Put it in the oven and set the temperature to 40 degrees. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven for secondary fermentation. It will take about 40 minutes until the mold is 80% full!

13. Brush the surface with egg liquid, sprinkle some coconut flakes and cranberries, preheat the oven to 150 degrees for ten minutes, and then bake the bottom layer at 150 degrees for 40 minutes!

14. Remove from oven, let cool and unmold!

Although there are many dishes provided in the restaurant and they taste good, they are not as hygienic as making them yourself. Coconut cranberry bread is simple to make and you can give it a try.
