Once everything is done, cut into 5-6 portions! 11. Place the bread box or other long mold with the cross section facing up! 12. Put it in the oven and set the temperature to 40 degrees. Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven for secondary fermentation. It will take about 40 minutes until the mold is 80% full! 13. Brush the surface with egg liquid, sprinkle some coconut flakes and cranberries, preheat the oven to 150 degrees for ten minutes, and then bake the bottom layer at 150 degrees for 40 minutes! 14. Remove from oven, let cool and unmold! Although there are many dishes provided in the restaurant and they taste good, they are not as hygienic as making them yourself.
