How to make kidney bean and pork ribs buns

Nowadays, many people neglect their own health and do not pay attention to what they eat on weekdays. They just buy some food outside. For example, kidney bean and pork ribs buns are simple to make and are a particularly delicious dish that is worth recommending.

1. Soak dry yeast in warm water until dissolved.

2. Put the melted yeast and flour into a bowl.

3. Pour water into the basin little by little and stir it into flocs with chopsticks.

4. Knead the dough with your hands and cover it with a lid to let it rise.

5. While waiting for the dough to rise, marinate the ribs, prepare the stuffing, soak the ribs for 15 minutes to remove the blood, and wash them clean.

6. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour in an appropriate amount of cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. Put the ribs into the pot and blanch them. You can also cook them half-cooked.

7. Take out the ribs and put them in a clean container to cool.

8. Chop some green onions and mince some ginger.

9. Put the chopped green onion and minced ginger into the container in Figure 7, then pour in dark soy sauce, Flavor Soy Sauce, pepper water, salt, and chicken powder, and stir well.

10. Seal the container in Figure 9 with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 4-5 hours.

11. After the ribs are marinated, wash the kidney beans, cut them into small pieces and add them to the marinated ribs and mix well.

12. Apply a little oil on the steamer to prevent the buns from sticking.

13. After making all these, the dough is almost ready (because the weather is a bit cold, the rising time will be longer). Use your hands to stretch the dough until it is like dry loofah with many small pores.

14. Add some dry flour and knead the dough until it is smooth.

15. Roll the dough into long strips on a panel and cut into egg-sized pieces.

16. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a skin. The skin should not be too thin.

17. Pick up the dough, pick up a piece of pork ribs with chopsticks, and then use a spoon to scoop some kidney beans and put them into the dough.

18. Pinch the edges of the dough tightly (as shown in the picture).

19. These are the finished buns. Wrap all the dough and meat fillings in order.

20. Place the wrapped buns on the steamer as shown in Figure 12. Let them rest again for about 15 minutes. Then steam them on high heat for 25 minutes and then steam them for 5 minutes.

21. The steamed buns are out of the pot.

22. Fragrant pork ribs buns.
