How to make preserved egg mixed cold noodles

Century egg and assorted cold noodles is a dish rich in nutritional value. It is easy to prepare, and the dish is colorful, fragrant and delicious. 1. Prepared ingredients

2. Bean paste and chives

3. Wash the bean sprouts and cook them in boiling water

4. Cut carrots and cucumbers into shreds, chop garlic into small pieces, chop coriander, and mix mung bean sprouts evenly.

5. Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, chicken essence and cooked sesame seeds evenly.

6. Cut the preserved egg into dices and set aside
