1. Soak the mushrooms in clean water, squeeze out the water and slice them. Chop the garlic into minced meat. Cut the fat and lean pork into dices and minced meat. Peel and shred the cucumber.

2. Add oil to the pan, stir-fry minced garlic until fragrant, then add fatty pork and fry until the fat turns golden, then add lean meat and fry until cooked, add salt, soy sauce, MSG, sugar, and then add bean paste (the bean paste I used is Pixian bean paste, which is a bit spicy. Friends who like spicy food can add chili peppers) Stir-fry and add water to collect the sauce

3. Thicken the starch with water and wait until the sauce in the pot is almost reduced. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry again (I added it in advance when I stir-fried it before, which made the mushrooms too salty, so I recommend adding it last). Finally, add the water used to thicken the starch into the pot and wait for the sauce to solidify before serving.

4. Put clean water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then put in the noodles (I bought handmade noodles and just blanched them briefly). When the water boils again, take out the noodles and put them in clean water until they cool down (if they are too hot, the noodles will stick together and it will be difficult to stir them when you eat them).

5. Finally, put the noodles on a plate, pour the minced meat sauce on them and add the cucumber shreds.

The purpose of eating out is to save time, but in fact, the preparation of mushroom and minced meat noodles is very simple. It takes very little time and there is no need to worry at all.
