Recipe and method of stewed dog meat, delicious food

Ingredients: 500 grams of dog meat, 50 grams of sesame oil, 50 grams of green onion, 25 grams of ginger, 50 grams of garlic, 5 grams of MSG, 50 grams of cooking wine, 15 grams of starch, 50 grams of red juice, 5 grams of aniseed, 25 grams of sugar, 5 grams of cinnamon, 250 ml of dog bone broth, 2 dried chilies, 25 grams of soybean paste (stew sauce), 50 grams of soy sauce, and 20 grams of fine salt.

Features: The dog meat is soft and tender, delicious and bright in color

Procedure: 1. Cut the raw dog meat into medium pieces, soak it in clean water for 4 hours, remove it, wash it, and drain the water.

2. Pour clean water into a cooking pot, put in the dog meat pieces, bring to a boil, remove the floating foam, cook thoroughly, remove from the pot, soak in clean water, control the water, and set aside.

3. Peel the green onion, wash and cut into sections; peel the ginger, wash and cut into pieces; remove the stems of the dried chilies, wash and cut into sections; peel the garlic, wash, slice and set aside.

4. Heat the wok, add sesame oil and heat it to 50%, then add star anise, scallion, ginger, garlic slices, chili segments, and cinnamon and stir-fry until fragrant, then add soybean paste, cooking wine, soy sauce, dog meat and appropriate amount of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until 80% cooked. Remove the star anise, scallion, ginger, garlic slices, and chili segments, then remove the dog meat, put it in a porcelain bowl, add red juice, dog bone broth, MSG, cooking wine, and salt, steam it until soft, take it out, pour it into the wok, bring to a boil over high heat, collect the juice, thicken it with water starch, drizzle with sesame oil, stir well, and it's done.
