1. First use ginger slices to remove the fishy smell of the cleaned salmon, then steam it.

2. Remove the bones from the steamed salmon, tear it into shreds with your hands, add a little salt and sugar and mix well.

3. Do not add oil to the pan. Fry the salmon meat over low heat until the fish meat becomes dry. Pour in a little light soy sauce to color it. Continue stir-frying for a while until it becomes completely dry.
