1. Add a small spoonful of sugar to half a bowl of warm water, dissolve it, add yeast and let it sit for ten minutes. Chop the pumpkin into pieces, add four spoons of sugar, put it in the microwave for 4 minutes, mash it into a paste, add yeast water and flour to knead into dough, and knead until the dough is smooth.

2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it ferment for one and a half hours (if the weather is cold, leave it a little longer). Dip your finger in flour and poke the dough. If the dough does not collapse or shrink, it is done. Continue kneading the dough for another five minutes to release the air.

3. Shape the dough into different shapes, put warm water in a pot, put the prepared dough in for secondary fermentation, which will take about ten minutes.

4. Steam over high heat for ten minutes (my dough is relatively small). After turning off the heat, wait for three minutes before opening the lid.
