How to make puppy bone burger

1. Put all the dough ingredients except butter into the bread bucket, put salt and sugar diagonally, put the yeast on the top, start the bread machine and start kneading the dough.

2. After kneading the dough for half an hour, add softened butter and continue kneading.

3. Knead the dough for another half an hour until it forms a film. The whole kneading process takes a total of one hour.

4. Let the dough ferment directly in the bread bucket until it is 2.5 times larger than the original size. Start the bread machine again and knead the dough for a few minutes to release the air.

5. Knead the deflated dough evenly, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes.

6. Divide the dough into four pieces, each weighing about 60 grams, and keep the remaining dough for making bones.

7. Take a piece of dough and shape it into an oval.

8. Press it flat with your palm.

9. Use a knife to cut on both sides to form an eight-shaped shape. This way, the puppy's ears are formed. Cut the edges of the ears more rounded, raise the chin so that it can hold the sausage, and make four puppy shapes in turn.

10. Divide the remaining dough into eight parts, roll them into small balls, and put the small balls on both ends of the sausage.

11. Use your index finger to outline the shape of the bones as shown in the picture.

12. The bones are ready.

13. Place the shaped puppies and bones in a baking pan.

14. Use candied red beans as the puppy’s eyes and nose.

15. Place in a warm place and let ferment until it doubles in size.

16. I brushed egg liquid on the surface. This step can be omitted because the color of the puppy will be darker after being brushed with egg liquid.

17. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake on the middle layer for about 15 minutes.

18. Take out and let cool.

19. The finished product picture: cut the bone into two parts, cut the puppy's mouth open, put vegetable leaves in it and squeeze the sauce on it to make a burger.
