1. After the butter is softened at room temperature, add fine sugar and salt and beat with a whisk.

2. Add an egg twice and beat until smooth

3. Sift the low-gluten flour, baking powder and whole wheat bread flour and add them in, then mix well.

4. Add black sesame seeds to the batter and mix well.

5. Place oil-absorbing paper on the baking tray, shape it into round cakes with your hands and place them on the baking tray.

6. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, middle layer for about 25 minutes
