Crispy Pork Tenderloin

1. Prepare 2 pork tenderloins

2. Soak the pork tenderloin in water for 10 minutes to remove the blood and fishy smell.

3. Prepare corn starch, duck eggs, and breadcrumbs

4. Cut the pork tenderloin into strips

5. Put it in a plate, add salt and cooking wine and marinate for 30 minutes

6. First, wrap the pork tenderloin in corn starch.

7. Wrap it in egg liquid again

8. Wrap it in breadcrumbs

9. Wrap them one by one and put them on a plate

10. Heat the pan, pour in more oil, and turn to low heat.

11. Put the pork tenderloin into the pot one by one

12. When the color changes a little, turn to medium heat and control the heat yourself

13. Fry until golden brown and serve

14. Decorate it. If you like ketchup, you can have one. You can also add pepper and salt.
