How to make fried garlic moss with dried tofu

In our busy lives, more and more people tend to order takeout and ignore truly green and healthy home-cooked meals. Stir-fried dried tofu and garlic shoots is a very delicious home-cooked dish. Squeeze out a little time from your busy life to make some side dishes and reward yourself. Don’t let life wear you down.

1. Cut off both ends of the garlic shoots with a knife.

2. Prepare the ingredients shown in the picture. Wash the garlic shoots, dried tofu, red pepper and ginger.

3. Cut garlic shoots into inch-long pieces, cut red pepper into shreds, and cut ginger into granules.

4. Cut the dried tofu into strips.

5. Bring water to a boil in a pot and pour in the dried tofu and blanch it.

6. Remove from the water and drain.

7. Heat a proper amount of oil in a pan and add ginger to sauté until fragrant.

8. Add garlic shoots and red pepper shreds and stir-fry.

9. Pour in the dried tofu and stir-fry.

10. Add light soy sauce, pepper powder and sugar and stir well.

11. Add salt and MSG and stir well.

12. Serve on a plate and serve immediately.
