Method and nutrition of fried pork slices with onion

1. Method

Ingredients: 60g pork (lean) 320g onion

Seasoning: 3g cornstarch, 3g salt, 1g MSG, 5g soy sauce, as appropriate

Preparation: Wash and slice the onion; wash and slice the lean pork, marinate with seasonings and set aside. Heat up a pan with oil, add onion and fry until fragrant, season, add lean pork and fry until cooked, add starch and stir-fry briefly, and eat as desired.

Slice the lean meat, mix well with a little salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar and cornstarch and marinate for 20 minutes. Cut the onion into strips and the chili pepper into pieces. Heat another pan with oil, add chili peppers when the oil is hot, then add onions and stir-fry until fragrant, continue stir-frying for 2 minutes, add salt and a little chicken powder to season, add the meat slices to the pan and stir-fry evenly with the onions.

3. Nutritional Value

Fried pork slices with onions are used to prevent hyperlipidemia and arteriosclerosis. It has the effects of strengthening the spleen and appetite, preventing prostate diseases, preventing hyperlipidemia, preventing cancer and preventing arteriosclerosis. Onion is the only known vegetable that contains prostaglandin A. Prostaglandin A can dilate blood vessels and reduce blood viscosity, thereby lowering blood pressure, increasing coronary blood flow and preventing thrombosis. Onions are rich in quercetin, which has a high bioavailability. Scientists' research reports indicate that quercetin may help prevent the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and provide important protection against atherosclerosis.
