Making dumplings

   Prepare all ingredients

   Chop all the ingredients. I used a meat grinder for the meat because chopping by hand is too tiring.

   It should look something like this. Add soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt.

   This way you can wrap it.

   The dumpling wrappers I bought didn't stick easily, so I wet the edges with my hands. Don't stack the wrapped dumplings, or they'll stick together, so I prepared several things to put them on.
