Garlic Snow Peas

   Step 1

   Prepare the ingredients.

   Step 2

   Remove the membranes from the snow peas.

   Pick and wash all the snow peas in turn, and peel the garlic.

   Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add snow peas.

   Once the water boils again, remove the snow peas after one minute and drain.

   Mince the garlic.

   Heat oil in a pan and pour the hot oil over minced garlic to release its aroma.

   Add salt and white vinegar, stir well, and it's ready to eat.
