Stir-fried spinach

   Step 1

   Wash the spinach thoroughly

   Blanch the spinach in boiling water.

   Remove the spinach from the water and set it aside on a plate. Mince the garlic.

   Pour some oil into the pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

   Add the spinach and stir-fry together.

   Add salt, chicken bouillon, and oyster sauce, stir-fry evenly, and it's ready to serve.
