   Peel the lettuce and set aside.

   Cut the lettuce into shreds and set aside.

   After salting the lettuce, squeeze out the excess water.

   After squeezing out the water, add a little garlic, sugar, chicken bouillon, and light soy sauce, then drizzle with sesame oil.
