6. Add white sugar in three batches. Add the egg whites for the first time when there is a lot of foam, then continue beating the egg whites. The foam will become finer and finer. 7. Beat until the egg whites become very fine. Lift the whisk and you will find that the head of the whisk forms a small, stable triangle.

8. If the egg whites do not fall out when the bowl is turned upside down, it means they are well whipped.

9. Add 1/3 of the whipped egg whites to the egg yolk batter prepared in step 3, and stir evenly. Try to fold the batter from the bottom up, preferably with a rubber spatula

10. Pour the batter mixed in the previous step into the remaining egg white paste, and stir up and down until it is evenly mixed.

11. Take a clean glass bowl, brush a thin layer of oil on the bottom to prevent sticking, and pour the cake batter into it. Hold the large bowl with both hands and shake it down a few times to shake off the larger bubbles in the batter.

12. Put it in the microwave and cook on high heat for 4 to 5 minutes. Take it out and insert a toothpick. If there is no batter on the toothpick when you pull it out, it means the cake is fully cooked. When the temperature cools down a bit, cut it into pieces and eat it.
