1. As shown in the picture: add a bowl of water to the tofu, add salt and cook until the water is dry and the tofu is soft, remove and set aside;

2. As shown in the picture: While the tofu is boiling, cut the green pepper into strips, cut the dried chili into strips, smash the garlic into garlic cloves, cut the ginger into strips, cut the green onion into sections, and add a little minced meat;
