How to make Hao's shredded chicken cold noodles

1. Prepare the chicken breast! Put it in cold water, two slices of ginger, two pieces of green onion, appropriate amount of salt, and a spoonful of cooking wine! Boil for 4-5 minutes until 80% cooked! Turn off the heat! Soak for about ten minutes! Let the chicken mature!
