Crispy Lemon Chicken Nuggets

1. Wash and drain the chicken breast, and cut it into thin slices about 0.5 cm thick with a knife.

2.1 Coat the sliced ​​chicken with dry starch.

3.2 Squeeze lemon juice and set aside.

4.1 Roll the chicken covered with egg white in breadcrumbs.

5.2 Put the chicken coated with starch into the egg white, trying to cover it with egg white as much as possible.

6.1 Fry until both sides are golden brown, then remove from the oil, let cool and cut into pieces.

9. Mix lemon juice with appropriate amount of water and sugar and bring to a boil (add sugar according to your preference), then add wet starch to thicken.

10. Pour the sauce over the cut chicken pieces.

11. You can also eat the chicken pieces sticking to them instead of pouring the sauce on them.
