Spicy Wing Tips

1. Prepare the wing tips, small red peppers, pickled peppers, garlic cloves, and ginger.

2. Wash the wing tips and set aside to drain. While waiting, chop the garlic and ginger, wash the chili peppers and place them on a plate for later use.

3. Pour oil into the pan and heat it up, pour in the wings and fry for about five minutes. Don't use too big a fire.

4. After frying, place on a plate and set aside.

5. Pour out the excess oil in the pot, leaving some oil in the pot, pour in small red peppers, pickled peppers, garlic cloves and ginger and stir-fry for half a minute.

6. Pour in the fried wing tips and stir-fry for half a minute. Add cooking wine and salt and continue stir-frying for half a minute.

7. Pour in appropriate amount of dark soy sauce to color it.

8. Pour water to cover the wing tips, add star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon and thirteen spices and simmer for about twenty minutes (until the soup becomes thick), add chicken essence and remove from the heat after one minute.

9. The delicious food is out!
