How to make sweet roast pork with colorful vegetables

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of sweet braised pork with colorful vegetables.

1.1 Wash the pot, heat it, and add salad oil to heat.

2.2 Wash and cut the pork front leg into pieces and drain the water.

3.1 Add cooking wine and dark soy sauce, and stir-fry quickly until the meat is evenly colored.

4.2 Put the meat in the pot and stir-fry over high heat until it changes color.

5. After the meat is evenly colored, sprinkle with minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add boiling water to the pot, just enough to cover the meat. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes until the meat is tender.

7. While the meat is stewing, cut the potatoes and carrots into dice.

8. After the meat is stewed, add potatoes and carrot pieces and salt and stir-fry evenly, then continue to simmer with the lid on.

9. After the potatoes and carrots are cooked soft, add green onions to enhance the flavor and serve.
