How to stir-fry chicken tips

According to reliable reports, many people have been afflicted with the cancer of laziness. 1. After the purchased chicken tips are thawed, add half a teaspoon of salt, half a spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of cooking wine, and half a spoon of soy sauce, and marinate in a container for half an hour. (If you have extra wings at home, put them in and marinate them together)

2. Chop some ginger, garlic and chili peppers.

3. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pan, put the marinated chicken tips in and fry slowly over medium-low heat. (If you want it faster, you can fry it instead)

4. Remove the fried chicken tips and drain the oil.

5. Leave some oil in the pan, sauté the minced ginger and garlic, then add the fried chicken tips and stir-fry.

6. After stir-frying for a while, add 2 spoons of cooking wine, half a teaspoon of sugar and salt, half a spoon of chicken essence, 4 spoons of water, and a little bit of salt (salt was added during the previous marinating). When the soup is almost dried, add the chili peppers or chili powder and stir-fry, then serve. If you don’t like spicy food, you can omit the spicy ingredient.
