1. The efficacy of angelica:

2. Angelica Blood-Replenishing Soup

1. Ingredients: 2 red crabs, 10g astragalus, 10g angelica, 15g wolfberry, 20g eucommia, 30g black dates, 200g rice wine, and appropriate amount of water.

2. Wash the red crabs, remove the shells, and cut into pieces for later use.

3. Put the chopped red crab into the pot, add angelica, astragalus, wolfberry, eucommia, black dates and appropriate amount of water, then add rice wine, and simmer over low heat for about 1 hour.

Application: Suitable for symptoms such as shortness of breath, laziness, fatigue, and dull complexion caused by deficiency of Qi and blood.

3. Angelica Chicken Soup

1. Ingredients: 1 free-range chicken, 10g angelica, 20g peanut kernels, 20g red dates, 10g black fungus, and 3 slices of ginger.

2. Clean the native chicken, cut into pieces, wash and set aside.

3. Add cold water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour in the chicken pieces and blanch them to remove the blood. Set aside.

4. Then put the blanched chicken pieces into the pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, ginger slices, angelica, peanut kernels, and black fungus and stew together. Just wait for the lights to pop up.

4. Angelica and Beef Tendon Soup

1. Prepare the ingredients: 150g beef tendon, 30g angelica, appropriate amounts of onion, ginger and salt.

2. Wash the angelica, ginger and onion, cut the ginger into slices, and cut the onion into sections for later use.

3. Wash the beef tendon and set aside.

4. Put angelica, beef tendon, ginger slices and scallion segments into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for one hour and season with salt.

5. Ginger and Angelica Mutton Porridge

1. Ingredients: 100g mutton, 150g glutinous rice, 20g angelica, 3 slices of ginger, 10g green onion. Salt to taste.

2. Put the japonica rice, mutton, angelica, ginger and onion in the pot and add appropriate amount of water (cover four fingers). It's ok to cook porridge healthily.
